I am so scared of being botak (bald). I am not sure it is because of hormone changes/stress/hair shampoo contains chemical that do not suit me. So I decided to change my shampoo to Dove brand. I choose hair fall rescue shampoo and conditioner from Watsons.
After using for two months, my hair became healthier and had minimized my hair loss problem. My hair is still falling but only when I wash my hair.

I always see advertisement/facebook share that buy silicone-free shampoo to let your hair stay healthy and shiny look. So I went to google what is silicone. It gives fantastic conditioning benefits and a silky, shiny finish, but while weighing hair down. It is bad for hair so avoid using any hair care product contains the ingredients with the suffix 'cone or siloxane like :
- Dimethicone
- Methicone
- Cyclomethicone
- Cyclopentasiloxane
- Trisiloxane
Do not confused with silicon (without e is the good one👍). Silicon is a natural and abundant earth element which combines with oxygen in the air to form minerals like quartz, mica and silica. Dove contains silica. Silica is taken up by plants and happens to be a major hair strengthening mineral. I found all these informations from Internet. Any ingredients that you do not understand you can search in google.
You can buy the hair shampoo and conditioner from Watsons. They always have sale for buy 2 @ RM20. Any 2 of Dove brand. The first time I bought is shampoo and conditioner. The second time I bought is both shampoos. (fyi: I am still using the first bottle, I restock because got sale on that time. So I think it is worthy since it is effective for my hair fall problem.
